Do you provide samples of your slate and quartzite?
Yes, we understand that seeing the texture and color in person is vital for architectural projects. Devanta Exports provides stone samples for international evaluation. While the samples are free, the buyer typically covers the courier or shipping costs.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for export?
To ensure cost-effective shipping and logistics for our clients, our standard Minimum Order Quantity is one 20ft full container load (FCL). However, for specialized projects or high-value quartzite, we are open to discussing smaller, customized quantities.
Can you process stone to custom sizes and finishes?
Absolutely. Beyond standard slab dimensions, our facility in Rajasthan is equipped to provide custom-cut-to-size orders. We offer a variety of finishes, including natural cleft, honed, polished, brushed (leather finish), and sandblasted, to meet your specific design requirements.
What are your typical lead times for international shipments?
Quality takes precision. For most standard orders, the processing time at our factory is 15 to 25 days from the date of order confirmation. The total delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping transit schedule from Indian ports (primarily Mundra or Kandla).
Which international trade terms (Incoterms) do you work with?
We offer flexible shipping terms to suit our clients' needs. We primarily work on FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms. Our logistics team ensures that all stone is crated in export-quality wooden packaging to prevent damage during transit.
